Our Services
Ground Preparation:
The first stage in any works. We only offer this service on large scale projects.
Creates the ideal base for all following steps to be laid on top of.

Traditional use of a Bobcat Skid Steer to level and work the ground as necessary.

Concrete Cube Testing:
A Quality control process of the actual concrete itself. It is a vital step and is needed to help understand the concrete that is being worked with.
Tests include permeability, air content, workability and strength.

Steel Fixing and Shuttering:
This is a crucial part in the initial stages before laying a concrete foundation.
Ensures structural integrity and longevity of the structure that is being laid or built.

Traditional Floor Laying Techniques:
Use of traditional methods, perfect for smaller slabs. Use of raking and hand levelling is used.
Skill and attention to detail are the most crucial parts of this technique.

Industrial Laser Screed:
The use of larger and smaller laser screeds as the contract requires. All to the specification of FM1.2,3 and 4.
Increases the speed and cost effectiveness of the project’s specifications.

External Hard Standings:
Designed to be an external addition to industrial buildings or as an independent feature.
Laid with qualities in mind such as weather defence and efficient drainage at low gradients.

Composite Decking:
The laying of concrete on top of a thin steel layer. Used in the creation of reinforced, elevated floors.
The floor can be laid to any profile based on the end requirement.

Finishing Methods:
A wide range of techniques are used depending on the finished requirements.

Types of finishing that we carry out are power float finish, brush finish and skip float finish.

Saw Cutting:
Saw cutting is a step that creates controlled breaks or joints within a mass slab.
Often aimed to be created within a pre-determined grid formation. Creates longevity of product.

Floor Refurbishments:
After a period, floors that have been laid can start to tarnish and look worn.
With refurbishment the aim is to improve the aesthetics through things like polish, re-seal and resin fills.

Concrete Remedials:
Each case of remedials is individual to the case at hand. Over a concrete structure’s life span it is exposed to all types of stressors that the concrete itself can't withstand.
The problems can be structural, non-structural or aesthetic.

Concrete Supply:
The organisation and supply of concrete to meet the project's predicted requirements.

The benefits of combining this service with your labour supplier is that of a streamlined and consistent approach to the project.

Often this approach is more cost and timeline effective.
